Mata Ortiz potter: Yoli Ledezma, has been making pottery for about 15 years. She is found in the index of potters in the book Many Faces of Mata Ortiz. Also, her daughter Celia Ortega who uses the scraffito technique to carve lizards, birds, turtles, fish and other animals. Also in the show will be pots made by several brothers and sisters of Juan Quezada and their children and grandchildren, including Consolacion, Rosa,Reynalda and Reynaldo Quezada. Pictures: |
